With the Florida coastline and the Beach Walk just steps from the Clearwater Hampton Inn, this prototypical PIP renovation drew on inspiration from the sun, sand, and sea. The full scope of this project — 91 guestrooms, lobby and registration, market, breakfast area, public restrooms, fitness area, corridors, and elevator lobbies — features soft goods, artwork, and lighting fixtures in bold shades of blue, turquoise, yellow, and orange designed to create a welcomed beach resort ambiance.
